Using advanced digital technology, one no longer needs to run risk losing cherished memories the ravages of time, nor do you wait weeks or months to have your pictures processed.

However, like every other technology advance, digital photography has also created a whole new set of pitfalls and challenges for the photographer, and there are many fine film photographers who are lost when it comes to digital photography and image processing. Don't trust your images to someone who is just "learning." What may seem like a deal now, will seem less like a deal in the future.
