Unfortunately, no. We only use WordPress to build websites. We have used other platforms in the past but not anymore. WordPress is a platform that’s easily accessible for our clients to update themselves, it’s search engine friendly, and it’s easy to integrate with third-party companies.

It depends! There’s no clear answer to this question as search engines change their requirements all the time. However, we have had clients get to the first page for their main keywords within 2 days of launching, and we’ve had websites take 2–3 months for Google to show them on the first page. However, there is no guarantee you will ever get to the first page of Google for your main keywords; some of your competitors might have huge marketing budgets or have been there for years.

While MKS Web Design may optimize your site for organic SEO, it takes a while for Google and Bing (among many others) to crawl your website to see the changes that you’ve made and, in turn, improve your rankings. Organic SEO can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months – you are simply at the mercy of Search Engines. That being said, if a first-place rank is important to your team, we’d recommend a Pay-Per-Click strategy that can put your results above the fold.

We can do that! We have the ability to get professional copywriting completed for your website for text/content on some or all pages of your website. Although our design services are typically based on you providing most text/content for your website, we’re more than happy to help if writing text and content for your web pages is helpful!

Yes, but with some extra cost and setup. We can help you create a custom email address(s) with your domain name to work with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Both services provide great email hosting and direct integrations with office software, collaboration tools, and file storage.

Currently, our primary means of communication are telephone, email, and physical mail. We don’t have a chat function on our website at the moment.

Absolutely! We believe our mobile designs are some of the best you’ll find anywhere. We put a high emphasis on making sure the website experience on a mobile device is second-to-none. Mobile responsive websites are critical in this modern digital era!

A website is more than just the physical appearance; it’s also the site architecture and the technology behind it, both of which may or may not be helping or hurting you in Google rankings and user experience. If you’re looking for just graphic updates or content updates, that’s one thing. Yes, we do. We will accept RFPs and will provide proposals based on particular minimum project needs. For single-page and 5-7 page designs, we do not typically offer proposals or accept RFP. We can produce what’s needed for larger-scale projects to manage the project and move it forward properly.

No premade templates are used here! Every website we at MKS Web Design create is custom from the very start and crafted specifically made for each client. We do not use pre-made templates or themes!
